Drones: The flying demons

The IT Sector is witnessing a very rapid growth, whether you talk about the miniature devices, nano robots or any other consumer electronic goods. But one of the most talked topic in today's tech world are the Drones. Starting from the concept of the doctor drone or the drone that has gained popularity as Pizza delivery drone the last year in Mumbai, they are just being used to make our lives better. But as technology has some good and bad aspect as well, the Drones too have some flaws. But we won't talk about them here, so let's have an eye on usability and the future of drones. When it comes to security point of view, drones posses a big leap. Drones are being used in border areas for spying the areas where its tough for the military to reach. But on the other hand, being a connected electronic machine or so called a flying robot, the risk of being hacked is always there. So, it's a big topic for debate that whether drones should be used for in defense sector or not. But we can't deny with the fact that they are one of the best robots or watch-guards over the international borders or even for your private property.

Gone were the days when Bollywood has to use helicopters and choppers for Arial views, now film industry is using drones on a wide scale for filming most of the Arial shots. Doesn't need to mention that it's far more economical and feasible than helicopters that film industry used for shooting.  And not only film industry, introduction of the go pro camera has made it possible for a common man to shoot his/her own function from the sky. another achievement for the drones, aren't they awesome.

For medical emergency and disaster management

No one has forgotten yet the devastating earthquake that has hit and almost destroyed Nepal the last year.  You can have a glimpse of the disaster that has struck Nepal badly in this video, the drones were used to monitor the very remote areas of the country and they played a vital role in providing the support to the victims.  Proving once again that drones could be useful to drop emergency medical support to flood victims and it could be one of the most important part of  the disaster management team.

For Transportation

This is not different from the ones that I have mentioned above in this post, but still this could be classified. Amazon is testing drones for same day delivery of online orders, and its quite possible that you would witness that a drone is at your doorstep to deliver you that Adidas shoe that you have ordered.

Doesn't matter how we are using drones or for what purposes we are using them, until and unless they are in the safe hands they are one of the smartest machine on the earth. But the moment they will land in the evil hands they could be one of the most disastrous invention for the mankind.It's no wonder at all why many countries have banned the drones for public sector.

But  all things apart, you simply can't deny the fact that they have become an important part in our IT world. Drones are the future of our aviation and you could expect that in near future you could buy a drone and use it as your personal flying car. So, just wait and watch, the best is yet to come.
